These bikes come stock with a spark arrestor ($100 - $150 value). They also have a quick throttle adjustment that makes governing max throttle simple. The throttle adjustment can be made in seconds. So it is no problem to limit the throttle for a beginner rider and then open up the throttle for more speed and fun when a more experienced rider jumps on.
